30. William Arnold

Whanganui Electorate

Bill Arnold grew up in Tauranga and worked in manufacturing before spending 16 years in Canberra in security. A supervisor at the Saudi Arabian Ambassador’s residence, Bill became interested in politics during this time and regularly attended sessions in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

In his career, Bill has attained experience across several sectors, including owning a signwriting business and contract milking on dairy farms.

Bill enjoys being involved with his local community and was very active with the New South Wales Rural Fire Brigade during his time there. He is also a committee member of Whanganui Grey Power.

Chairperson of the local electorate committee in Whanganui, where he lives with his partner Michele, Bill is a big advocate of New Zealand First common sense policy. He looks forward to seeing us back in parliament in October.
