Bernadette Soares

Bernadette Soares is a business owner, community advocate, and mother of three who has called New Zealand home for more than 37 years.

Born in India, she immigrated to New Zealand at the age of 21 with her husband, determined to build a future through hard work and opportunity. 

After dedicating 12 years to raising her family as a full-time mother, she founded an intellectual property and management company specialising in beauty products. For more than 24 years she has built successful brands and exports products internationally, all while being actively involved in the community.

Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce and has also completed a master’s degree in business Innovation and Entrepreneurship in New Zealand.

Passionate about serving others, Bernadette has volunteered as a business mentor, advocated against workplace bullying, and is a published writer. Her Christian faith underpins her commitment to integrity, service, and personal responsibility.
