Bryce Park

Bryce Park grew up in Yaldhurst, where his family have lived and worked for generations, and will represent New Zealand First in the Wigram electorate in the upcoming election.

A proud Cantabrian and member of Ngāti Toa Rangatira, he holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Economics from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and a GDip in Information and Communication Technologies, specialising in networking and cybersecurity.

Bryce’s experience as a financial analyst has taken him from London to Moscow, and back home to Christchurch, alongside strategic and investment experience in the mining and construction sectors that underpin the South Island economy. He also served as an economic advisor on the 2019 Christchurch mayoral campaign.

Bryce is running for New Zealand First to represent the common sense, equal citizenship and one-law-for-all values of New Zealand First’s founding principles. He believes in pragmatic policy solutions such as breaking up the supermarket duopoly and stopping large power companies from controlling both the supply and the price.
