Our healthcare system is currently under tremendous pressure. In fact, many GPs are calling it a Systemic Health Crisis. Doctors are overloaded, with some even exhausted to tears.
Health Minister Andrew Little seems to live in an alternate reality telling us the system is "coping", while doctors on the front lines fear the system is "falling to bits".
This is not a healthcare crisis, its a leadership crisis. It's time we bring back experience to government.
